The good people over at All The King's Men have released a new set of split rail fencing. These are done in resin, and you get 2 feet of fencing for $20. See their website at http://allthekingsmentoysoldiers.com/Terrain.html.
They come in unpainted brown resin, but painting up a fence shouldn't be too difficult, I could probably even do it. And while you're there, check out the rest of their site. Lots of figures and terrain to choose from.
