Set 1 - Confederate Infantry
The prototypes are undergoing a few small changes, and then will be sent directly to the mold making process, probably within the next few days. After that will be the test-shot/production phase, and then they make the journey across the ocean. Pricing and full release date still to be determined.
Set 2 - Union Infantry
Still developing poses (what do you think of casualty figures?). We want to deliver unique poses that are also realistic... not always an easy combination, but I just got off of the phone with the sculptor, and I think between us, we're going to deliver some awesome new figures.

The room has been reserved. I'm just now sending in my registration for a table, so hopefully they are not all sold out. We are, probably against all common sense, holding on to the hope that we'll actually have something to sell.
We are also looking at what other shows we can attend around the end of 2009 and the beginning of 2010 to show off our new product.

About the casualties figures: I'm already thinking ahead to your second series of Civil War sets :) . Some company, I can't recall who, had a set of "firing line" figures. Maybe a set with 6 poses: 4 poses firing and 2 poses wounded. One guy getting shot and another on the ground. Reuse one each of the firing poses (standing and crouching) and then 2 new firing poses. Maybe I'm nuts and no one would buy that, but I always like to have more firing guys so you can do a nice line up behind the fence awaiting the charge. Of course, then you need a set of charging poses...
I'm having fun just reading about this, it must be a blast doing it. Kudos to your supportive spouse also!

I am not a fan of casualty poses(I prefer firing or charging poses) but one in a set might be okay and usable.
Absolutely no casualties, and if so - why only union casualties???
What I would really want, and what I miss in plastic figures is a drummer and maybe a mounted infantry officer.

Don't do just casualties. Mix 'em in with others is my 2 cents.
Casualty figures are much welcome by me; to me they add a bit of realism to any scene or even war game. Wayne, the Old All American
I'm not a fan of casualty figures. They're useless unless you're making a diorama. If you want casualties, just knock a few of your guys down!
